COMPANY TERMS OF SERVICE / COPYRIGHT INFORMATION

All artworks are property of the artist and may only be duplicated during class instruction with the permission of Unchartered Creativity LLC, the original artists who designed the artworks and class teachers/instructors.

REFUNDS:

Your credit card information and payment is used to reserve your space in each class offered. If you need to cancel for any reason, we can transfer your payment to another class offered at a later date as long as we are notified within 24 hours of said class.  If said notification is not indicated within the 24 hour period before said class, the customer forfeits said payment for it was used to reserve classroom space. Because we allow our customers to book up to one month in advance, there is a $5.00 transaction fee for all refunds. We ask that the purchaser contact Unchartered Creativity at uncharteredcreativity@yahoo.com with any questions and concerns regarding his/her bill and with need to transfer funds from one class session to a later date and/or need for a refund.

REFUNDS: Private Parties

Unchartered Creativity LLC offers private parties for parties having 12 or more.  Because private parties block off days from our schedule, there is a $50.00 rebooking fee to move the party to another date.  In the even that one would need to cancel already booked parties, he/she forfeits funds associated.  If you cancel 7-10 business days in advance, there will still be a 50.00 booking fee charged for it interferes with our class schedule. 

Groupon and living social

We do offer Groupon and Living Social Coupons; However, they are only valid upon availability.  Look for a blue link saying coupon here.

After a Groupon expires, we still take the Groupon at face value + difference in the cost.

Your class cost goes to support the gallery. We offer gallery space to local schools at no cost to them.  Thank you for your support and understanding.

No discounts can be used for any private parties or speciality events.
